Greetings!!!
SC9 is 'Story Contest 9' which was a series of fiction contests I hosted/judged many years ago. Life got in the way after SC8 and a few years later I am ready to start things up again. I'm just confirming a few things with the judges who I have asked to help me, and see if a few other L5R sites might allow me to place rules and info on their sites. Once that is done I should have full rules sooner than Emperor Edition hitting the stores.
Since it has been a while figured I would gather up a bunch of items this time. That is the first fourteen novels in the 'Sano' series, as well as three hardcover comics of the 'Okko' series, and a Drew Baker playmat 'Tales of Kuon' aka Togeriso #2 aka 'Settling the Homeless' alternate art.
I do hope that you will take the time to compose a tale for this contest. Like previous contests, it has a theme, more of which I will reveal with the rules.
Rules and information will be placed--hopefully this weekend--on the Swift Sword, Gisei Toshi, C3, and Jade Hand forums, with hopefully other forums also being added, as well as facebook and Twitter updates. And if Emperor Edition hits the local shelves around the time of the contest, I will most certainly add booster packs to the prize package.
