Why retribution? None of your guys, except Sudo which is a very bad peep in all other ways, can take a province with it. RoW looks like your only move in and it requires opposition.

Kamina can take one with the plus one force and 4 fv, if anyone has one of the weapons on them they could as well, I am planning on adding more attachments with low market.

I think you'll rarely get it off so I'd either pull it or change your deck to have more reliable province taking units.

Hunger just seems like a bad idea. Also why run Deep Snow, you aren't packing any send home so it's uses are limited at best. Extended Manuevers also seems like a corner case terrain at best. Not too sure on well prepared either, can find better bow actions then that.
If you're splashing tacticians then you should probably consider using some of the better strategies that trigger off it (Comsideration, Comtrol the Board, Dislodge the Foe)

Well prepared can bow or straighten and can work around attachtments. I only run 5 tac's to many tac cards means dead cards in my hand.
