Here's something you can build starting out of the Lion Starter from Emperor Edition. I've modified it to run without Forgotten Legacy cards. It does benefit from Border Keep XP and some good Strategies from Forgotten Legacy if you can lay hands on them.

One Koku or Twisted Fate (an Event, promo) are the only ways to get Sugo out for a Turn 2 attack as far as I can see. His 8 Gold Cost is deliberately awkward to use in a blitz.
